Visit one of our Laboratory patient service centers for adult and pediatric blood draw, 4Kscore testing and chain of custody drug screening.
When visiting one of our laboratory collection centers, patients with outstanding balances will be advised of any past-due amount owed. Patients will be asked to pay the balance in full (or a minimum of $100 if the balance is more than $100*) before we can continue with the current service or collect the new test specimen.
